Hitul is a devoted father to his daughters Nikita, 5 and Simran, 3. His passion for personal development has progressively grown over recent years.

Professionally, he holds an MBA and degree in Management and Mathematics. His commercial background involved roles in sales and sales management in the elearning and publishing sectors.

His vision is to alleviate some of the challenges and limitations, and ultimately to prevent the deeper issues, that children globally as adults in the making encounter which disempower them and prevent people from reaching their potential. Hitul believes giving children access to tools and techniques from the personal development world is part of a right first time approach to nurturing people.

He is extremely passionate about making a difference to millions of children and their families worldwide, especially in areas of the world and localities where economic and social challenges are greatest. To achieve this he aims to partner with governments, education authorities and charities worldwide. He is open to opportunities for subsidised or voluntary work where there is a profound opportunity to contribute, serve and change lives.

Amal is a passionate and energetic philanthropist living a happy and fulfilled married life with his wonderful wife Santa. He feels being committed to a personal development journey as he has for several years has been a factor behind the richness of his life.

For nearly a decade, Amal, a qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, has been helping businesses of various sizes ensure they meet regulatory compliance requirements.

Amal applies the concepts of personal development in his day to day life from maintaining a healthy lifestyle to living a quality life with passion, joy, service and spirituality.

He believes in living life passionately with a purpose and making a positive difference in the world to serve the world in whichever way possible. From this flows his mission in life, which is to magnanimously make a positive contribution to children and families globally. Amal feels popularising personal development in a creative and engaging way to appeal to children is an incredible way to achieve this.

He believes that through K4M he will be able to equip parents and educators globally with the tools to develop children who are empowered, well-rounded, happy and fulfilled.

Santa has a background in finance. She is a qualified accountant and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Santa started her career in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers and after 3 and a half years, she decided to move to financial accounting. Santa is married and was introduced to the world of personal development by her wonderful husband Amal, who has been in personal development for more than 10 years. She was amazed when she discovered the extent to which Amal's  life had changed positively through personal development. Santa also started applying the principles of personal development and now her life has improved drastically. She is a firm believer in 2 key principles of life, which had a great impact in her life:

1. You are the captain of your destiny - you are in control of your life.
2. You always have options - in any given situation in life you always have more than one option.

Convinced of the benefits of personal development, Santa joined hands with the other directors of Kidz4Mation Ltd, who also share a passion for personal development, to bring those principles in a fun way to the world of kids. Santa is confident that, by introducing the concept of personal development to kids, this will provide them with the necessary resources that will help them grow into successful adults.

Seema is the epitome of the modern-day mother and business owner. She skilfully balances the challenges of raising two young daughters Nikita, 5 and Simran, 3, with the demands of her role as a Director of K4M. Her passion for child development drives her, outside of K4M, to run successful cultural and spiritual development classes for five to ten year olds. Seema’s natural patience and empathy with children makes her ideally suited to the roles of mother and tutor.

Her varied education includes a D. Pharm. from Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune, India and a Fashion Design course from Jeddian Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, India

A strong influence on Seema’s belief in personal development comes from the 25+ years she spent in India. She regularly attended discourses and seminars all over India that raised her belief in personal development. Seema has also had the privilege of attending seminars in the UK by many great motivational speakers.

With her husband Hitul, they apply the concepts of personal development in their day to day life as a family. Young Nikita and Simran also know the benefits of personal development. They practice some of the principles and techniques such as positive language, gratitude, dream-building and goal-setting. By applying the above principles and techniques at a very young age, our children have the best basis for a fulfilled successful life. This is our heartfelt hope for children throughout the world and we are helping this happen via our materials.
